Do you have any specials or membership packages?

We do offer incredible memberships that act as a beauty bank allowing you to deposit money on a monthly basis in addition to VIP discounts. Ziva also has monthly and product specials. All the details can be found on our website.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We do ask that if you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours BEFORE your appointment. If your appointment is canceled the same day or within 24 hours, you may be charged $50 to cover the provider’s time of the appointment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all credit/debit cards as well as HSA and FSA cards. We also accept cash, Venmo and Cashapp.

Do you accept walk-ins or is it by appointment only?

We do accept walk-ins! Our priority is our scheduled clients first and once a provider is available, they would love to help you

Do you offer consultations? Are they free?

Are they free? Yes we do! All aesthetic consultations are complimentary. All medical consultations are $79.

Do you sell skincare products and supplements?

Yes, we do! We carry ZO Skin Health and Hydrinity for skincare products as well as Evexipel supplements.

Do you treat both men and women?

Absolutely, yes we do!

Can I return or exchange skincare or supplement products

Once any skincare product or supplement has been purchased, it is not allowed to be returned or exchanged.

Minimum age varies depending on treatment.

We offer Cherry and CareCredit as financing and payment plans!

Can I fill out forms before I arrive for my appointment?

Absolutely! Once your appointment is booked, the required forms will be emailed to you.

Yes, we do! Gift cards are available for purchase at the clinic or online!

Yes, all providers are licensed, certified and have experience in their field.

Can I bring a friend or guest with me?

Yes, we do recommend only one additional person due to limited space.

We’re located at Village on the Creeks in Rogers, Arkansas. 5212 W Village Parkway, Suite 6.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday-Friday: 10am-6pm with limited after hour appointments. Saturday by appointment only.

Do you have a waitlist if you are fully booked?

Yes, we do! When you go to book and don’t see the date or time you need, it will give you the option to join the waitlist.

Do results vary from person to person?

Absolutely, we develop customized treatments for each client.

Do you have a rewards or loyalty program?

Yes, we do! For each visit, product or service, you will accrue points. You’ll be able to use those point on any future visit, product, service!

Do you send appointment reminders?

Yes, we do! You will receive reminders through text and email. (you must opt in to receive these reminders) You’ll be able to confirm your appointment through email.
